21 Days of Gratitude Challenge

We made a post last week on our social media talking about the 21 days of Gratitude with the deets to come soon and in this post we wanted to discuss just that. We wanted to do something that would change the mindset that you may have to let you know that you have a lot to be grateful for. Mental health is all about the the positive thoughts and realizing the positive things going on in your life to promote being happy, healthy, mentally, and physically.

We wanted to do something that got you into and ready for the holiday spirit. And if you didn’t celebrate a day to focus on what you value and what makes you grateful in life. The 21 Days Of Gratitude is to serve as a fun way to prepare you for the holiday and not stress yourself out in the most "stressful" and "wonderful" time of the year with a positive mindset.

We'll check in and go live on Instagram and Facebook to talk about what we're grateful, progress, stories to share, and any questions you may have. On December 4, Cita will go live and the 21st to round out and celebrate the end of the challenge. The live date for the second week will be announced.

We'll also do the challenge with you. We hope you participate in the challenge and we can't wait to hear what you are grateful for and see your progress through this challenge.

Official rules below.

Rules for the 21 Days of Gratitude challenge:

• Starting on December 1st, you’ll write down once a day what you’re grateful for leading up to the 21st just days away from Christmas.

• We’ll even do the challenge with you! We will go live once a week to check up on your progress, hear your stories, and answer any questions you may have.
